At Tower Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of music and collectibles. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring that all vinyl, CDs, or merchandise remain in their factory-sealed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
