How do you ensure safe shipping for vinyl records?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is padded with stiffeners to prevent corner dings, seam splits, and warping during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Due to the nature of the product, opened vinyl, CDs, and cassettes can only be returned if they are found to be defective. Unopened items in their original shrink-wrap can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our music collection worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.

Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
